"The app isn't too bad, surprisingly functional (you can track your car on its way to you). But at least you're keeping money local rather than off to Uber! We booked a taxi for a certain time and it came 18 minutes late meaning my grandmother missed her train (even with a 10 minute late taxi buffer) which was a shame, so be warned to book for much earlier than you need it! Update: same thing had happened again, the time estimate it gives you is completely wrong, it's always around 20-25 minutes."
